CertiSpy, LLC, established in 2023, provides a surveillance operations platform that enables synchronized audio and visual communication between field operatives and a central surveillance coordinator. Founded by Norman Cairns, a retired federal prosecutor, and Dr. Darko Stefanovic, a computer scientist and professor at the University of New Mexico, CertiSpy combines operational and technical expertise. The system supports live two-way audio/video links and records entire operations for audit, review, and evidentiary use.
